Indication
The agar agar fiocchi belongs to a complete line of certified organic marine algae harvested by hand in Europe and dried at low temperatures. All references are guaranteed gluten-free.
Intake mode
We recommend cooking the agar agar for a short time in water and then letting it sit at room temperature or in the fridge. Use 2g for jams (for 1 kg of sweetener + fruit + liquid). Use 4g for jellies and fruit desserts (for 600g of sweetener + fruit or vegetables + liquid).
