What is NAT-ALI Bifidus Yoghurt Ferment?
Natali Bifidus Yoghurt Ferment is a preparation of freeze-dried powdered ferments to make fermented desserts with bifidus yourself . For an effective action on your intestinal flora, it is recommended to consume between 1 and 5 billion probiotic bacteria daily. A fermented dessert made with NAT-ALI ferments guarantees you the contribution of this dose of "bifidus".
What is the yoghurt ferment like?
Presented in small sachets of powder that should be kept cool and dry, the lactic ferment is added directly to the milk for immediate action.
The double dose sachet allows you to make 8 fermented desserts of 125mL. With a sachet and ½ liter of milk, prepare 4 delicious homemade yogurts!
It is recommended to use perfectly clean utensils:
- dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of milk then gradually pour in the rest of the milk.
- Add according to your recipes, sugar, jam, ...
- Pour into jars and put in a yogurt maker for 8 hours on average
- Then put in the fridge and let cool for a few hours before tasting
