Description

Malted corn syrup, coming from a cereal as complete as corn, syrup or syrup, preserves many of its properties in addition to developing others during its cooking process.

Indication

It is considered a powerful sweetener, since its great intensity of flavor means that with very little syrup it is possible to sweeten more than with the same amount of sugar. Its high levels of fructose cause a decrease in appetite. The moisture that it produces in the foods with which it is combined allows them to keep for a longer time.

Intake mode

It is recommended as a substitute for sugar in many baking recipes.
