Description

Panela de El oro de los andes It is the juice that is extracted from sugar cane, dehydrates and crystallizes only by evaporation. This type of sugar does not undergo any type of refinement, nor any other type of chemical processing (addition of clarifiers, flocculants, etc.)

Indication

It is a very nutritious product that preserves all the properties of sugar cane (minerals and vitamins). It is even better than brown or blond sugar because of its peculiar way of crystallizing sugar. The advantages of granulated panela over conventional sugar (blonde or brown and white) are abysmal, the differences arise from the elaboration.

Intake mode

Dilute in water to suit the consumer.
