Eco Feyings Eco Doypack Coconut Sugar is produced from the nectar of the coconut flowers, from organic farming. This precious nectar is collected by incision of the flowers, according to traditional methods.

Origin: Indonesia

Indication

Its flavor is excellent and optimal for sweetening drinks, desserts and pastries. Delicious natural sweetener rich in nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.
It has a very low glycemic index (GI: 35). It also contains 16 of the 20 essential amino acids. The one found with the greatest amount is glutamine, which maintains an acid / alkaline balance and prevents the abuse of sweets.
