Biográ Integral Sugar comes from the juice of sugar cane and provides a caramelized flavor to desserts. It is very common to use it as a sweetener, ideal for cakes and whole grain cookies.

Indication

The uses of brown and white sugar are interchangeable in any recipe, bearing in mind that brown sugar provides a caramel flavor and white basically provides sweetness. Granules can be used and if it is served in a pastry it is preferable to grind it in a grinder.

Intake mode

It is recommended to ingest to the taste of the consumer.
