Description
Ecoidees Thnot Bio palm flower sap sugar comes from an age-old tradition. The term Thnot is used in Cambodia to designate a variety of local palm traditionally used to make sugar, alcohol and vinegar. The Thnot palm is considered the symbol, see the soul of Cambodia. Thnot sugar is rich in taste, with a dominant of caramel and honey. It is a go-anywhere sugar!
Indication
To do this, the harvester must climb to the top of the coconut palm, incise the flower and place a bamboo container in which the sap will flow slowly. This should be done twice a day, with a sap harvest in the morning and one in the late afternoon. After cooking in a cauldron on wood ovens (the dried palm leaves are mainly used), the molasses is crushed for a long time with a coconut and crystallizes naturally. The powdered sugar thus formed is sieved and then sent to the packaging unit of our supplier, where its quality is checked and bagging is carried out.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use in mueslis, infusion, yogurts, fruit salads, etc.
