Myconatur Eco Coconut Sugar is a delicious sweetener with a caramelized touch that gives desserts an authentic flavor. Ideal format for pastries and mass consumption.

Indication

Coconut sugar is a sweetener that is extracted from the sweet nectar of the flowers of the coconut palm tree. These flowers go through an evaporation process, resulting in the appreciated sugar.
Its color is dark brown and it has a dense texture once crystallized, its appearance being very similar to that of cane sugar.
Its sweetening power is 1:1 with respect to sugar, and it has a low glycemic index (GI 35).

Intake mode
