It is much better than I expected, it looks like normal sugar but much healthier. I will buy it again for sure.

Great! Double sweetening power compared to sugar so half the dose should be used in recipes. Tried in a soft cake and biscuits: I personally find the flavor very good and suitable for desserts, but for what has been my experience, it is better to bake with a lower oven. It is not soluble, but neither my family nor I have perceived graininess in the cooked desserts.

Ottimo! Potere dolcificante doppio rispetto allo zucchero quindi ne va usata metà dose nelle ricette. Provato in una torta soffice e nei biscotti: personalmente trovo il sapore molto buono e adeguato ai dolci, però per quello che è stata la mia esperienza, conviene cuocere con forno più basso. Non è solubile, ma né io né la mia famiglia abbiamo percepito granulosità nei dolci cucinati.

I love this sugar is the best because it is date fruit. It is perfect to sweeten yogurts, desserts, and very healthy.
