Description

Thyme honey is the honey collected by bees in the land where the thyme flower (Thymus sp) dominates. Thyme honey is a dark amber color. The aroma of thyme honey is intense and peculiar.
It is produced in warm and dry limestone areas of Lleida and the central plateau of Spain. Apart from being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties. Excellent aroma of the Mediterranean to taste at the table.
