Description

This honey is raw, because it has been extracted, processed and packaged without having been heated in any of these processes. Depending on the time of year you will almost always find it, in a creamy or granulated state, a sign that it is a honey that has not been heated or pasteurized.

Indication

It has an intense but soft, characteristic aroma. Medium persistence, floral with camphor tones. If it has almond tree, the nasal aromas increase. If it is rich in legumes, the aroma is farinaceous. Sweet taste, sometimes with slight acid notes. Apart from being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties. Excellent aroma of the Mediterranean to taste at the table.

Intake mode

It is recommended alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, kitchen dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals. It combines well with salad dressings, especially those with green leaves, and with light dairy products: fresh cheeses, yogurt, infusions and fruit salads. Very suitable for use with desalted cod, fried, and dishes cooked with lamb meat.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
