Indication
It comes from chestnut forests of the mountain ranges of the North of Catalonia, and of the North-West of the peninsula and Andalusia. It has qualities recognized and used by remote human beings. Apart from being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties. Excellent aroma of the Mediterranean to taste at the table.
Intake mode
It is recommended alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, kitchen dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals.
