It is later inactivated and dried on a roller drum which turns it into homogeneous flakes. Being inactive, this yeast would not proliferate the development of yeasts in the intestinal tract.

For taking from 30 to 60 g, add vegetable drink, milk, yogurt or water to taste (about 50/100ml).
It can be sprinkled directly on salads and hot and cold prepared dishes.
It is used to make vegan "cheese", to gratin, as an ingredient in fillings. It can also be combined with spices or herbs and make condiments. It enhances the flavors of stews, sauces, pasta, pizzas for its flavor reminiscent of cheese.
