Description
Matcha is a powdered green tea grown using a shading technique that boosts its chlorophyll content.
Plus, this premium ceremonial grade matcha is sourced exclusively from 1st and 2nd harvest leaves, which is why it has such a vibrant green and smooth flavor.
When drinking matcha tea, the entire leaf is consumed, so its quality is very important, and that is precisely what explains such a high level of antioxidants.
The best of them? EGCG, which fights aging, reduces inflammation and helps maintain a healthy weight.
Origin: Japan.
Indication
Te Matcha: Premium quality tea powder with a high level of chlorophyll, L-theanine and antioxidants such as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which helps us fight aging, reduce inflammation and maintain a healthy weight.
Intake mode
1. Place half a teaspoon of matcha tea (1.5g) in a cup.
2. Add a little water (about 50 ml) cold or hot (maximum 80 °C).
3. Stir with a matcha shaker or frother until the powder is completely dissolved and a small layer of foam forms.
4. Add the rest of the water little by little. The total amount of water is between 150 and 250 ml, as you like.
