Description
Traditional and select Japanese tea used in the Japanese tea ceremony as well as to cook various desserts, drinks or dishes.
Indication
It is characterized by being a powdered green tea with a combination of sweet flavor and a slight bitter touch. The plants with which it is made are grown in the shade and the leaves are picked by hand, which is why it has many more amino acids than conventional green tea and a more intense color. Intake mode
Add a teaspoon of sifted Matcha powder and add a few drops of hot water. Mix with a spoon to form a paste. Add more hot water and mix. The approximate ratio is 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder for every cup of water. Adjust the measurement to taste.
