Description

Maca powder offers important adaptogenic functions: it improves resistance, hormonal regulator, increased fertility and libido. Rich in amino acids, it helps muscle recovery after exercise and contributes to increasing muscle mass.

Indication

It is commonly used as an energizer, invigorating, immunostimulating, sexual potency magnifier, for fertility. In addition, it has various properties (according to various literature): anti-fatigue, anti-rheumatic, antitussive, as a memory support, nourishing, revitalizing, as a tonic, to increase resistance.

Intake mode

How to use: Mix 5 g to 10 g in water or vegetable drink, hot or cold.

Maximum recommended daily dose: 10 grams daily. 10 g provide 28.5 mg of vitamin C (35% NRV), 0.04 mg of vitamin B2 (3% NRV) and 0.60 mg of Copper (60% NRV). VRN = nutrient reference value.

Precautions

Consumption of this product in doses greater than 2 g / kg of weight may be contraindicated in people with a history of hypertension.

Storage conditions

Store in closed containers, at room temperature, protected from direct light, and in dry and clean conditions. It keeps up to 24 months in original sealed container.
