Description
Lecithin + nutritional yeast + pollen from Mensan is a food supplement based on soy lecithin, nutritional yeast and pollen, indicated to reduce blood lipid levels thanks to soy lecithin, with an extra supply of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Indication
Soy Lecithin is a complex of phospholipids obtained from soybeans. It is very rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Group B Vitamins.
Brewer's Yeast is a ferment that comes from the breakdown of gluten contained in barley, it is made up of the fungus Saccharomyces cerevisae. It is a protein-rich supplement, it contains all the essential amino acids, and a high percentage of Group B vitamins.
Pollen is produced by flowers, it is collected by bees that transport it to the hive. It is a great source of vitamins and minerals, and very rich in carbohydrates.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablespoons a day (10-20g). At breakfast or lunch, sprinkle on juice, milk or yogurt.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
