Intake mode

It is perfect as a thickener to make creams and sauces, to make breads, cookies, snacks, soups, sauces, béchamel, baby food, to use in batters or as an ingredient to make hamburgers and vegan products.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (RH 55-65%) and clean conditions.

Once the package is opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
