Intake mode

It can be soaked for at least an hour, then remove the surface layer that will form a kind of gelatin, and then wash it in plenty of water. Once boiled, it can be consumed in tabbouleh, salads, as an accompaniment, etc.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (RH 55-65%) and clean conditions.

Once the packaging is opened, seal it tightly and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
