Datil Medjoul by Salud Viva is a very energetic food ideal for children and to regain strength after playing sports or hard work.

Indication

They increase mental capacity and agility, therefore they constitute a good resource for students. They are a good ally to help us sleep better and are very rich in pantothenic acid, a vitamin necessary for hormonal production as well as for the transformation of fats and carbohydrates into energy. This same vitamin is used to combat stress, nervousness and sedate the body. Dates increase urination and help treat fluid retention and other problems related to the accumulation of toxins and fluids in the joints such as gout or arthritis. In addition to potassium, they contain copper, a mineral that is involved in the formation of hemoglobin in the blood. Its deficiency can cause anemia, problems in the nervous system or high sugars.

Intake mode
