Description

Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic drink to replenish carbohydrates and electrolytes. With vitamins and minerals. Without dyes and with natural aromas, good flavor and easy to prepare.

Recommended for: before, during and after physical activity.

Indication

Quick-use carbohydrates for energy: contribution of 88 g of carbohydrates/100 g (35 g/500 ml), 80% of which are rapidly absorbed and used sugars (sucrose and glucose syrup) and a 20% maltodextrin (more progressive absorption and use).

Electrolytes and minerals: sodium intake (64 mg/100 ml), chlorine, calcium and magnesium.

Calcium and magnesium are involved in normal energy metabolism, contribute to the maintenance of bones under normal conditions and normal muscle function. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and electrolyte balance.

Vitamins B1 and C: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) supports normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C, for its part, contributes with its anitos effect to the protection of cells against oxidative damage while helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Intake mode

Dissolve 3 scoops (40 g) in 500 ml of water. Recommended for: Before, during and after exercise, at a rate of 150-250 ml/15 min.
