Description

Strawberry taurine energy gel from Nutrisport is a food supplement that has been formulated to contribute to improving performance and reducing tiredness and fatigue. It provides 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, which come from a combination of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, ideal for maximizing carbohydrate absorption and minimizing gastrointestinal problems.

Indication

Energy gel taurine also provides BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), whose function is to contribute to muscle recovery and delay fatigue during prolonged exercise; and Taurine, an amino acid that improves blood flow and improves performance in resistance exercises. In addition, it contains 50 mg of Sodium, a mineral that is especially important when it comes to maintaining hydroelectrolyte balance and avoiding hyponatremia (too low concentration of sodium in the blood); Vitamin C, for its antioxidant function; and Group B vitamins, which are involved in various processes for obtaining energy.
