Indication

The Etixx Isotonic Energy Gel is a unique sugar blend consisting of high speed sugars (glucose and maltose), semi-slow sugars (sucrose) and slow sugars (complex sugars). This is what "Triple Action Effect" means ( triphasic sugars) that provide rapid energy and at the same time provide sustained energy, over a long period of time.

The Etixx Isotonic Energy Gel is ideal for endurance sports as well as strength training in hot weather and for athletes with high sweat rates. It also contains electrolytes and citrates.

Electrolytes (sodium and potassium) are added to replace those lost through sweating. Sodium intake also helps ensure that moisture is better retained in the body and stimulates thirst.

This gel is isotonic (6.9% carbohydrates per 100ml) when dissolved in 350ml of water and this leads to optimal absorption of fluids, carbohydrates and minerals. This gel can be consumed with or without water and is therefore ideal to take with you on training sessions when it may be difficult to take the necessary supplies.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take along with 350 ml of water as an isotonic drink. Take 1 to 2 gels per hour of exertion
