Indication

They are a snack made from lentil and potato flour from organic farming. It is a very healthy product, designed to be consumed at any time and place. Lentils belong to the legume family and are a very important source of properties for our body.

They contain fiber, which helps intestinal transit. It has vitamins of group B which help the formation of red blood cells, hormones, fight anemia. Lentils are very rich in carbohydrates which provide energy for our body to carry out vital functions.

Another property, which we have all heard since we were children from our parents, is iron. Iron strengthens the immune system and helps regulate body temperature. Other of the many properties that we could highlight of the lentil are magnesium (essential for the nervous and muscular system), sodium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, proteins, calcium.
