Colines de Espelta Bio from El Granero Integral is a "primitive wheat", and regarding this it has a higher level of proteins (with eight essential amino acids), minerals, vitamins and trace elements, it is a good contribution of magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin E, vitamin B and beta-carotene, provides a lot of fiber, and is very rich in silicic acid, which is part of all our tissues and organs.

Intake mode
