Description
Veggy bulgur burger with ginger from 4 Hectares is a mix for a vegetable burger made from cereals, legumes, seeds, ginger and vegetables.
Indication
Mix for 4 burgers.
Intake mode
In a bowl add all the preparation and 280ml of water or boiling vegetable broth. Cover and let stand 6 minutes, stir at least 2 times. Knead and shape the hamburger. In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
