The Veggie Burger based on Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) has about 30% protein, so a 210g serving (once reconstructed) provides 20g of protein (in a steak there are 10g and in two eggs 15 g).

Intake mode
1. In a bowl add all the content of Veggie Burger, add: 250 ml of very cold water (5 ºC to make the dough very cold) and oil (40 ml) and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass. If you do not have cold water (5ºC) alternatively you can cool the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Knead the mixture by hand to form the Hamburger and cook them in the pan or in the oven as you like.
Once reconstructed, it lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
For 135 g of Veggie Burger preparation, 420 g of vegan hamburger once hydrated is obtained, equivalent to 3-4 hamburgers.

Storage conditions
Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean conditions. Once the package has been opened, close hermetically and store again under the described conditions to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
