Intake mode
- Per serving (30-50 g), rehydrate the (PVT) by adding 2 cups (50 g) of Textured Non-Meat Strips to 1 cup of hot water (200 ml) with a teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes.
- Remove excess water. You will get 200 g of vegan strips ready to sauté, bake or fry.
- Use it in your recipes as an alternative to meat in the same proportion as this.
- Once rehydrated, it can be kept refrigerated for a few days, and in general, use it as if it were meat
To obtain vegan beef strips, mix: 5% beet root juice, 5% soy sauce and 3% vinegar.

Storage conditions
