Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP) Chicken Curry is around 30% protein, so an 88g serving provides 25.5g of protein (10g in a steak and 15g in two eggs).

Coconut Milk has been added to the Eco Curry powder to make the delicious aromatic sauce, thus obtaining an exquisite dish with a very special exotic touch.

The organic powdered coconut milk present in Chicken Curry is a concentrated food with very high nutritional value. 38% of its content corresponds to a class of saturated fatty acids known as medium chain triglycerides. Coconut milk is also a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, selenium along with folates, and vitamin C.

There are numerous scientific publications that affirm that the medium chain triglycerides present in coconut milk can benefit weight loss, help improve body composition and metabolism. Intake mode

1. Boil 500 ml of water.
2. Add all the contents of the Curry Chicken doypack, stir and cover.
3. Turn off the heat and let rest for 10 min.
4. Cook without lid on high power.
5. When it boils, lower to medium power and cook for 13 minutes or until the texture has the desired consistency.

4 servings are obtained. Once prepared, it lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.

The preparation absorbs 3 times its volume, so 165 g of Chicken curry becomes 495 g of vegan non-meat strips once hydrated.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean conditions. Once the package has been opened, close hermetically and store again under the described conditions to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
