Vegan Bolognese based on textured vegetable protein from Energy Feelings is a simple formulation of dehydrated vegetables (textured and powdered) that, after hydrating and mixing, achieves a meat substitute with its ideal flavor and texture to enjoy a meal extremely healthy, quickly and easily.

Intake mode
It is recommended to heat 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil and pour the product into the pan.
Stir for 1 minute.
Add 600-700 ml of hot water (from the tap) depending on whether you want it thicker or thinner. Four.

The preparation absorbs 4.5 times its volume, so 137g (two servings) of Veggie Bolognese becomes 630g once hydrated.
