Description
Coarse textured soy from Int-Salim is a food similar to minced meat, it comes dehydrated, so we must hydrate the soy in water before using it so that it adopts a soft and porous consistency similar to meat.
Intake mode
It is recommended to add one part textured soy to two parts water. Knead until you get a compact paste. Let it rest for a few minutes and fry lightly.
Precautions
It may contain traces of nuts, sesame and cereals containing gluten.
