Description
Energy Feelings Minced Meat Type Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) is 53% protein, so a 40g serving provides 21g of protein (10g in a steak, 15g in two eggs). The Textured Vegetable Protein (PVT) type minced meat from Energy Feelings is ideal for enjoying an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily. In addition, it is very tasty, since with different combinations we obtain a large number of recipes.
Intake mode
(1) Per serving (30-40g), rehydrate (PVT) by adding 1 cup (40g) of Texturizado type minced meat in 1 cups of hot water (160ml) with a teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes.
(2) Remove excess water. You will get 160g of vegan minced meat ready to sauté, bake or fry.
(3) Use it in your recipes as an alternative to meat in the same proportion as it.

To obtain vegan minced beef mix: 5% beet root juice, 5% soy sauce and 3% vinegar.
