Description

Seitan Bio de Cristal de Mimasa is an ideal food for growing children and to guarantee a healthy diet, due to its high protein content. For the same reason, its consumption is also recommended for athletes, the elderly, and people with digestive problems.

Indication

Preparation of long oriental tradition. Its homemade elaboration is not difficult, but it requires a long time. For this reason, it offers already prepared, without additives and with a pleasant flavor and texture. It is made up of wheat flour, tamari, gluten, ginger, garlic (all organically grown) and kombu seaweed.

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume directly cooked a few minutes with vegetables or battered. Another way to prepare it is to cut it into slices and fry it on the grill with garlic and parsley until golden.
