Indication

These mussels are collected from rafts located in the Ría de Arousa, on the Northwest coast of Spain, characterized by its deep and clear waters, with a high content of natural nutrients and grown in 12-meter ropes for a period of one year, allowing it to develop an exceptional size and particular flavor.

Ingredients

Mussels (70%)**, Extra virgin olive oil (18%)*, Vinegar (7%)*, Paprika*, onion*, Garlic*, Sea salt. (*: from organic farming), (**: from organic aquaculture).
