Description
Organic cooked ganxet beans from Casa Amella are steamed legumes, so they preserve their flavor and smell as much as possible and maintain their nutrients and incredible texture. They have a very thin and barely perceptible skin, with a soft and creamy flavor, fine and persistent.

A unique bean in the world. It is only cultivated in a small area of Catalonia with a Protected Designation of Origin.
Its elaboration is handmade, pampering the product from the origin.
Intake mode
