Description
Whole giant green olives preserved in brine. The olives of the ' Bella di Cerignola ' table variety represent an excellence of the company's gastronomic tradition.
Indication
This prized Apulian cultivar takes its name from the town of Cerignola, in the province of Foggia, where it is grown in a restricted area of the Dauno territory. A very short supply chain: harvested exclusively by hand, it is processed a few hours after collection and packaged in its natural state (without going through thermal processes), allowing you to enjoy a meaty product with a typical flavor, seasoned according to ancient Apulia.
Intake mode
It is recommended as an appetizer, starter or as a condiment for salads, pizzas, bruschetta or second courses based on meat or fish.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature and away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
