Description
Sun-ripened to their optimum point and hand-picked straight from the tree. Enjoy our black olives from Bajo Aragón! They have a soft and fine texture and a very tasty flavor. We make them following the traditional homemade recipe.
We only use olives harvested at their optimum natural maturation time. We will macerate them home-style; with aromatic herbs and salt. Without additives. Extra commercial category.
Intake mode
Open and serve cold. We recommend not adding the water as it protects the olives and keeps them in perfect condition and flavor. Ideal for salads, pizzas, appetizers, etc.
Storage conditions
Once opened, keep it in the fridge.
Ingredients
Stoned black olives* (empeltre variety), water, sea salt and aromatic herbs*. (*= Organic Agriculture).
