Instant white shiro miso soup from Lima is a delicate miso soup that integrates all the good qualities of fermented soybeans in the western diet. This miso soup is rich in protein and fiber. It is a soup without dyes or preservatives

Indication

Miso is a fermented soybean paste that has been used in the Far East for more than 1,300 years to flavor foods, but also for its high protein quality. Shiro Miso is a very young white miso with a typical delicate salty-sweet flavor. This is due to the combination of soy and rice and the short natural fermentation of only 7 days. This authentic Japanese specialty responds to the current approach to oriental food combined with ease of use.

Intake mode

It is recommended to pour the contents of the sachet into a cup, add boiling water and enjoy!

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
