Il Nutrimento's cream with balsamic vinegar of modena is a refined dressing for salads and gluten-free cheeses.

Produced with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) in the ingredients no aroma or caramel is added: all its aroma and taste are given by the ancient recipe for the production of the precious vinegar aged in oak barrels, its creaminess is given by the addition of organic corn starch.
