Description
Tulsi purple basil Eco leaves of purple basil, an Ayurvedic plant native to India, where it is also called holy basil.
Intake mode
Its culinary use is recommended: season to taste. Soups, salads, purées, sauces,
vinaigrettes, meats, fish and even desserts.
Infusion, boil for a few moments 6-12 g. in 150 ml, rest, strain and take 1-2
times a day.
Precautions
Avoid during pregnancy, lactation and children under 6 years of age.
