    I use cinnamon daily so I wanted a good quality one that was ceylan and that also does not contain gluten. This is great and also comes in a glass jar.

Myconatur Ceylon Cinnamon comes from organic production. It has its origin in the bark of the plant and is not genetically modified. 100% Ceylon Cinnamon. Origin: Sri Lanka. Glass container, containing 100 grams. Brown color. Characteristic taste of cinnamon. Allergen free and gluten free. It has properties that contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Low in saturated fat. Its low sodium content helps maintain normal blood pressure. Fiber source. It contributes to increase and preserve muscle mass thanks to its protein content.

Intake mode

It is recommended as a condiment in many meals and desserts. It is very common to make teas, such as Chai tea, which is composed of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger and black tea. Its recommended consumption is 1 to 6 grams daily, in different doses.
