Alce Nero Tomato Sauce with Basil is produced with long-berried tomatoes, grown by about 25 farms in the Po Delta, between the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna.

The tomatoes in our range of purees and sauces, harvested at the right degree of ripeness, are characterized by their firm and well-structured pulp, and by their sweet and delicate taste; processed on average within 10 hours to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. Already ready.
