I use this sauce recently and I really like it for the flavor. I put it mostly in vegetable purees.

My first experience with tamari. I always used soy for everything but I saw in a recipe that tamari was used, I investigated about it and decided to buy this bottle because it is small, to try it. It is more powerful than soy. I liked it a lot and I will repeat, maybe even with a bigger pot.

Mi primera experiencia con el tamari. Siempre utilizaba soja para todo pero vi en una receta que se usaba tamari, investigué acerca de él y decidí comprar este bote porque es pequeño, para probarlo. Es más potente que la soja. Me ha gustado mucho y repetiré, puede que incluso con un bote más grande.
