Description

Shiro miso Bio from Naturitas Essentials.

Indication

Probiotic, unpasteurized and vegan. Origin Spain

Intake mode

Ideal for sauces, soups, vegetable dishes or to combine it with any variety of Japanese pasta, such as Udon or Genmai udon.

Precautions

May contain traces of gluten. Does not contain lactose, milk or its derivatives.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep in the fridge.

Ingredients

Koji (white rice* and aspergillus oryzae), rice*, soybeans*, water and sea salt*.
