Description

Millet Amasake from La Finestra sul Cielo is a sweet and delicious cream ideal to be consumed as a dessert or adding fruit, fruit jam, hazelnut cream or almond cream.

Indication

It can be used as a base for the preparation of pudding or sweets. Cereal fermentation is done by adding koji, a natural ferment that transforms millet into this delicious cream, without using artificial enzymes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to ingest to the taste of the consumer
