Rapunzel's Coconut Puree is a puree from ground coconut pulp, it can be used in a wonderfully versatile way in creative cooking and gives your dishes a wonderfully aromatic coconut note
Indication
The coconuts are released from their fiber cover, split open and the white pulp comes off. It is then washed, bleached, grated and dried. Then grind the desiccated coconut in 2 steps. The second grinding step with a colloid mill ensures that a homogeneous, fine and pasty pulp is created. Intake mode
