Conca Organics smoked rock salt flake box is a crystallized spring salt in flakes, smoked over oak firewood in an artisanal way. This salt comes from a saline deposit originating more than 250 million years ago that is protected underground. As it has not been in contact with the sea today, this rock salt does not contain microplastics or other current marine pollutants.
