Description
Kensho cooking sake is a naturally fermented junmai sake. Thanks to its alcoholic content of 13%, which evaporates when cooking and preserves the natural umami of sake without any additives.
Intake mode
It is recommended to accentuate the flavor of dishes, soften meat and fish and remove excessive flavor from meat and fish.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 2 and 6ºC.

Water, koji (rice* + aspergillus oryzae) and rice*. *From organic farming.
(*) Rice from the Ebro Delta.
