Indication
Okinawa Omega 'Happy Delight' oil has very little peroxidation. It also naturally contains a lot of vitamin E and carotene. These antioxidants and vitamins protect the oil against oxidation by light, oxygen, and heat. Both in the bottle and in our body.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon for your daily amount of ALA and LA. 1 to 2 tablespoons to make up for deficits on its own, in your vegetable juice, under your yogurt, as a salad dressing, in a puree or sauce. Shake before using. Do not heat.
