Description
Bio cold virgin safflower oil from Bio Cold Press comes from the seeds of the safflowers of the dyers.
Indication
Ancient Egypt already used this plant, mainly to make tinctures but also ointments. Nowadays, it is mainly for the oil it contains that the safflower of dyers is cultivated. Compared to the main known vegetable oils, virgin safflower oil is the one that has the largest share of omega 6 essential fatty acids (linoleic acid) while being rich in vitamin E.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use it to bring out the natural flavor of your dishes. It is also used in cosmetics: a very gentle way to remove make-up and even water-resistant mascara.
